그리피스 유니, 파크우드에 위치한 외국인 쉐어 하우스에서 두분 모십니다.

현재 독방 1층에 하나 2층에 하나 있습니다.

현재 호주, 한국, 인도, 영국 대학생들과 직장인 프랑스인이 거주중으로 서로 돕고 공유하며, 깨끗하고 편리한 조용한 쉐어하우스입니다.

집주인이 유명한 의학대학교수라 혹 의학쪽 공부하시는 분들에게는 (약사/의사/간호사/치과 등) 많은 도움이 됩니다.

본인이 계속해서 소비하시는 화장실 휴지, 샤워, 세탁세제 외엔 모든 utensils, kitchenware 등 제공됩니다.

개냥이 두마리가 있어 알러지가 있으신 분들은 적합하지 않습니다.

모든 개인 방마다 키가 있어 보안 유지됩니다.

집의 거리는 유니에서 도보로 7~10분, 버스정류장 1분, 두 트램 정거장이 7분 거리내로 있습니다.

두개의 샤워실과 화장실이 있으며 각각 따로 설치되어 있어, 플랫메이트들이 사용함에 있어 불편함이 없습니다.

여름에는 시원한 에어컨이 늘 작동되고, 겨울에는 따뜻한 히터가 늘 작동되어 있습니다.

주기적으로 집안 내부의 시설들을 페인팅, 새 가구 혹은 방에 있는 것 역시 새로운 물건으로 업그레이드를 하며, 필요하신 분들을 위해 자전거가 제공됩니다.

차가 없으신 분들은 필요하실 때 서로 lifting 해주어 불편함을 덜어낼 수 있습니다.

저희집은 공정하고 기본 예의를 추구하는 룰이 있어, 집이 늘 깨끗하고 평화롭습니다.

학생 혹은 직장인을 선호합니다.

**Two rooms are available in Parkwood near Griffiths.

We are looking for two pp whom well-mannered, to join our share house. 

The house is located in heart of Parkwood where nearby uni, we have two tram stations within 7mins that you can take of,  1min to bus stop also, perfect location for uni students or employees. 2mins to the motorway.

- Level G: $200 p/w and 2weeks deposit. 2weeks notice. Bills are all included.

Own room with a queen bed&mattress, desk&chair, Study LED lamp, draw/closet and ceiling fan.

- Level 1: $200 p/w and 2weeks deposit. 2weeks notice. Bills are all included.

Generally, our share house is neat and tidy, we mostly provide everything for your convenience except your daily basis products such as toilet paper and soap etc. NOT YOUR OWN FOOD neither.

We regularly upgrade our house such as, repainting rooms and share areas, changing toilet loo, new furniture, new house applications and more.

We have two cutie cats from shelter and they are only 1year old each. They are very good boys never harm you as they are like a dog but.. if you allergic to cats, unfortunately this is not for you.
